✨ Highlights of the Week
last week, i made a big decision to actually start posting more on xhs. as teaching and sharing is always something i love doing, i decided not to procrastinate, to act on it. this is a big one for me, as it has been in the bottom of my heart for quite a while that i just constantly think of it but never act on it.
a few days after posting them, i got more views & reach all of a sudden! and i actually got a few people seriously reaching out, wanting to sign up for my coaching plan! i just felt so excited and happy.
have been constantly thinking about, how lucky i was, when i first started, i got no coaches, i got a bunch of friends who love to gym too. the most important one was marcus, he was literally my coach, he was an intern at pixium, same company, same desk, we lunch we OT, we drink, and he was so enthusiastic when sharing tips with me and correcting my forms every time i showed him my recording. and he also offered me the web app he built for logging.. and i just followed his plan for 3 years, and that got me where i am now :’))
the most important person in my gym journey fr.
