talked about time management in the prev journal, this week i really looked into cutting all the unnecessary stuff to do, and really focused the priority queue for work, study and personal events.

this week, got to meet up with inovity and pira :‘D after such a long time, they got so much better in physique, pira slimmed down like crazy and ino’s arms went like massive… bruh i wish i had those genes bro. really. and not only because of this meetup, also because of multiple incidents where i talked to some other big guys to know their arrangement of split for their workouts, they are all doing PPR+parts or full body parts, so this made me reconsider replanning the plan that i have been following throughout my fitness journey which i will defo write a blog post on how i started, and why i started, and how it got me to where i am today, even tho i still consider myself somewhere “mid-level”; ok back to where we were, so this meet up with them was short but rich, managed to catch up so much on each other’s lives, our plans and current directions, i love this kind of conversation so much, and of course seeing my friends doing good just made me feel good too.

arranged a post mortem with artsy to dig into the stuff i didn’t do well for my wildcard and to plan and talk about more future arrangements
