yeah! coached a new student for his push day, overshoot, spent 3 hours, almost missed my last bus… and it didn’t feel like 3 hours, fortunately still got my bus home.

teaching is the one thing i never have to push myself into. i’m gonna do so good on this path i chose, i know it’s the right one, as it’s one of the things i enjoy doing, and especially working out is one of my favourite things too. i’m starting to confirm the feeling of sharing is the best feeling, ever since the day i had a chance to share in a software project team, and now in the fitness field. it drives me to work harder, to know more and more, to understand exercise concepts more deeply, every day!

but here’s the thing: school’s heading into delivery stage, exams are close, and part of me is just enjoying sharing so much. i know i’ll have to put more energy into exam prep soon.

and honestly? im not scared of getting the balance wrong. whatever happens, all the downs, none of it matters. it all just sums into my lesson data, it never brings me down, not ever. that’s how i grow stronger, smarter, and better.
