finished up my exams for special term. it’s so special… everything passed by so fast, i felt like learning experience is more on the hands on parts of me doing project work and quizzes. but i learnt a lot during this special term that i can apply next sem such that better tool/skill to build project, ppt, self learning matter improvement!

this week i just felt extremely lucky to be alive, it’s a weirdly amazing feeling… i felt like a main character in the world while everything just flow so well together, even tho it’s not going to the direction i wanted, but i saw the whys, i saw opportunity, i acted on it, i felt like i am levelling up again this time. grateful to have a fun job where i get to roll off all my planned tasks, that feeling of being productive is just so good. grateful to have a few friends who really understand me. grateful to have a family that loves each other.

i am just so lucky.

📋 Recap

📚 NUS

Sat the TCX2005 final on Friday, backed by a fully audited open-book cheatsheet that folded the old helpsheet into one document

Wrapped TCX2003 T-1 prep: helpsheet printed, error-log cold redo 5/5, sprint ticked off

Locked degree-plan SSOT v2 with the AY26/27 prereq map; the Sem-1 overload verdict is a firm no, with the Y2S2 window mapped out

✍️ Blog

Published a Hany Rambod method study and a Parts Split retrospective that closes the loop on the original plan post

Rebuilt the categories tree, migrated NUS posts into an Education tree, and added a profile page layout with theme auth refactor

Moved sheet print styling into shared SCSS driven by front matter, and added a commit hook that blocks future-dated content

🔧 Projects

form-check-app: shipped per-metric progress charts (Phase 5), armed native rest-end notifications on the iOS shell, landed a run of session-focus fixes, and set up self-gated Dependabot auto-merge CI; designed slice 1 of the diet loop

Wrote three Claude Code skills this week: github-issue, github-pr, and journal-weekly, the evidence-driven skill that compiled this very entry

💪 Fitness

Opened the Road to Stage (Oct/Nov 2027) competition journey: timeline, photo protocol and Week 0 baseline all logged

Wrote and activated the Block 1 rebuild plan v2, delt-led PPL x2, live from 12 Jul

Deep-dived Hany Rambod’s FST-7 coaching protocol and seeded the competition nutrition doc with surplus maths

Coaching: a student graduated with his S3 finale and a handover programme; next week’s sessions and August holds locked in for three others
