Hello dearest agents and landlords, my sister and I are currently looking for a room to rent in Singapore. / 您好，亲爱的中介和房东，我们姐弟俩目前正在新加坡寻找合适的房间来租。
Our Requirements and Profile / 我们的要求和简介
- Occupants / 租客: 2 people, we are siblings (one male, one female) / 2 人，我们是姐弟（一男一女）
- Facilities / 设施: Ideally more than one toilet, AC, WiFi & utilities included / 最好有一个以上的卫生间，并且包括空调，WiFi & 水电
- Budget / 预算: Around 1,100 SGD per month / 每月大约 1,100 新币
- Move-In Date / 入住日期: Preferably before July 2024 / 最好在 2024 年 7 月前
- Address Usage / 地址使用: Must be able to use as a registered address / 必须可以申报注册地址
- Landlord Preference / 房东偏好: Prefer no landlord living on the property / 最好没有房东同住 (这是我们的优先考虑)
- Location Preference / 地理位置: Prefer closer to town area / 更倾向于靠近市区
- Smoking / 吸烟: We don't smoke / 我们不吸烟！
- Cooking / 烹饪: We don't cook / 我们也不做饭！

- Tenant Reliability / 租户可靠性: Being permanent residents and working professionals, we offer stability and reliability as tenants / 作为永久居民和专业工作者，我们是稳定和可靠的租户。
- Work Schedule / 工作时间: Our work schedules are 9 to 6, but it can be irregular, and OT often, might work from home but not often, and we usually return to Malaysia over the weekends, which can help save on utility costs / 我们的工作时间是 9 到 6 但是可能不规律，时常加班，也可能会在家办公但不频繁，我们通常会在周末回到马来西亚，这样可以节省水电费。
